Web Orders
Web orders are being dispatched as per normal, same working day. Place your order by 5pm, for same day despatch.
Speed of despatch & delivery is a very high priority for us. Couriers are delivering as normal, and will self-sign.
Our incoming stock shipments are strong.

Our retail counter is currently closed to visitors, as per covid rules (no collect service).

Telephone
We made a decision at the end of 2012, to not longer operate a telephone service. Which applied to both enquiries, and orders.
We give a very strong pre sales and after sales service to our customers, via email. The decision to remove the telephone service, has allowed us to focus and enhance communication via email further still.
Machine7 has always been known for excellent customer service.
