Government official guidance is that'Online retail is still open and encouraged'
As an online retailer our business continues to operate in line with the above government guidance. Hence our warehouse facility is fully operational as per all other online retailers, and orders are being despatched as normal.
We are closely monitoring the official guidance and have implemented all recommended precautionary measures to safeguard the health and well-being of our staff, customers, and colleagues.
Web orders are being dispatched as usual, and at this time all couriers and deliveries are operating as normal, although delivery time may be slightly extended in some areas.
Delivery drivers are working very hard to keep businesses operating smoothly and deliveries flowing, they are fully up to speed with leaving deliveries where you ask them to / on your doorstep etc, so as to avoid contact. There is no need to sign, drivers will self-sign, and will keep a good distance.
We will continue to work hard and process all orders as speedily as possible, and will keep you up to date with any news as and when it happens.
We made the decision to close our Nuneaton shop counter to walk in customers previously on 16/03/20, as a temporary measure. This is now mandatory.
We will communicate again when we have a re-opening date for the shop.

We made a decision at the end of 2012, to not longer operate a telephone service. Which applied to both enquiries, and orders.
We give a very strong pre sales and after sales service to our customers, via email. The decision to remove the telephone service, has allowed us to focus and enhance communication via email further still.
