Our website has been changed in line with Brexit, so that EU customers no longer pay us any VAT.
Value Added Tax (or VAT for short) is a sales tax that we have to charge only to customers in the UK.
If you live outside the UK, you don't have to pay VAT to us.
All prices on our website are shown with VAT already included.
We also show the price without VAT (excl VAT), on most screens.
The simplest way to be sure that you are viewing the price that would apply to you, is to create an account on our site, so that we know which country you are in. The shopping cart will show the UK price including VAT, until you have logged into your account.
Please check with your local tax office, as you may have to pay tax (and possibly a clearance fee) when the goods reach you. This amount differs for different countries, so you will need to check this yourself. Any import / clearance fees are normally handled by the courier company or clearance house in your own country.
Do you live in the UK but send presents to friends in another country?
No problem, you can set up your own billing address, and a delivery address in a different country. During checkout, the total payable will change, to exclude VAT.
